MSFD Descriptor 6: Offshore Spoil Ground
This API provides geospatial data via WFS on the designated offshore spoil ground in Maltese waters, used for the disposal of dredged material and inert, uncontaminated geological material at sea. Malta has one such offshore spoil ground, located in the north-eastern part of its waters. The dataset is published by the Planning Authority and relates to Descriptor 6 of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD), concerning sea-floor integrity.
