OfficialBrownfield register 2017: The council is required to keep a register of brownfield land in the district that is considered to be appropriate for residential development. The Brownfield Land Register is a list of previously developed sites that may be suitable for residential development or are already under construction for residential development. The register will be published online and updated on an annual basis. To be included on Part 1 of the register, sites must be previously developed land (definition provided by the National Planning Policy Framework) and meet all of the following criteria: At least 0.25 hectares in size or capable of supporting at least 5 dwellings Meet the government's criteria for being suitable, available and achievable for residential development (as set out in the relevant regulations) Sites on the register have been sourced from the council's Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment 2017/18, existing planning permissions and pending planning permissions.

Statistics on lobbying activities
OfficialThe package contains data on registered lobbyists, transparency declarations submitted by lobbyists and monthly declarations submitted by persons who have been lobbied. Data shall be provided from 2021. It should be noted that natural or legal persons engaged in lobbying activities shall be considered lobbyists. As provided for in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Lobbying Activities, when presenting themselves to the person to be influenced, lobbyists must present a certificate of lobbyist issued by the COEC, indicate the sponsor of lobbying activities, the beneficiary, the draft legal act under discussion and submit a declaration of transparent legislative processes within seven days. Persons who are intended to be influenced by lobbying activities must also declare, within seven days, the influence experienced in relation to each draft legal act. The Official Journal of Associations, Trade Union Associations of Business Owners and Foundations publishes: Declarations of the creation, modification or dissolution of associations governed by the Law of 1901, trade unions of owners and business foundations; Declarations of creation, modification, dissolution or suspension of activity of endowment funds. NB: Since 1 January 2010, each association has been identified by the RNA (National Register of Associations) number beginning with ‘W’ and consisting of 9 digits. It was the former ‘Waldeck’ number which corresponded to the file number assigned by the software of the prefectures and sub-prefectures which serves as the basis for this number. The number is assigned at the time of declaration in the prefecture. The number then appears on the receipt issued by the prefecture and is thus in the advertisements published in JOAFE since April 2007 (Waldeck then RNA). Some ads do not have this number since the previously created association does not know it.
