Deliberations
This dataset publishes the deliberations adopted by the local authority of Saint Denis de Pile, in addition to the legal obligations for transmitting acts of local authorities for review of legality and publicity, as defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities. Making these deliberations available as open data aims to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various competent bodies at the relevant territorial level. The data is structured according to the Common Pillar of Local Data (Socle Commun des Données Locales), a shared schema used by French local authorities to standardize the publication of administrative and decision-making records.In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and publicity of the acts of local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities, the provision in Open Data of data relating to the deliberations adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies whatever the territorial level in question. The data is structured according to the Common Pillar of Local Data ([see detail on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
