Regulatory acts
This dataset provides open data on regulatory acts and deliberations adopted by French local authorities, published by the commune of Saint-Denis-de-Pile. Beyond the legal requirement to submit such acts for review of legality and publicity under the General Code of Territorial Authorities, their release as open data aims to improve transparency of public decisions taken by competent bodies at various territorial levels. The data follows the Common Pillar of Local Data (Socle Commun des Données Locales) schema for deliberations, ensuring consistent structuring across French local government open-data publications and facilitating comparison and reuse of municipal decision records.In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and publicity of the regulatory acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Authorities, the provision in Open Data of data relating to deliberations of the type of regulatory acts adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies whatever the territorial level considered. The data is structured according to the Common Pillar of Local Data ([see detail on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
