This dataset provides generalized envelope geometries for selected land-use zoning categories defined under Sections 16ff of the Lower Austria Spatial Planning Act (NÖ ROG) 2014, covering 23 categories. Both geometric and content-related generalization have been applied: similarly zoned blocks are merged into single envelope geometries across intervening traffic areas rather than being represented as separate parcels.
