This dataset records the central point of designated "Geb" zoning areas, marking preservation-worthy buildings located in rural/green land under Section 20(2)(4) of the Lower Austria Spatial Planning Act (NÖ ROG) 2014. Each point is set within the boundaries of the corresponding zoning area. As of 31 December 2024, 28,963 such Geb zoning designations were legally in force. The dataset is published by the provincial government of Lower Austria and provides a spatial overview of legally protected buildings situated outside settlement areas, useful for planning, heritage conservation, and land-use analysis.Erfassung des Schwerpunktes der flächenhaften Widmung Geb - Erhaltenswerte Gebäude im Grünland gem. § 20 Abs. 2 Z 4 NÖ Raumordnungsgesetz (NÖ ROG) 2014, wobei der Punkt innhalb der Widmung festgelegt wird. 28.963 Geb-Widmungen waren mit 31.12.2024 rechtskräftig festgelegt.
