This dataset, published by the Haute Autorité de santé (HAS), provides the results of the Quality and Safety of Care Indicators (IQSS) for 2022. Developed and validated with healthcare professionals, patients, and users, these indicators enable comparisons between healthcare institutions in France. They serve as tools to improve care quality and patient safety, are disseminated to the general public, and some feed into quality-based financing schemes such as the financial incentive for quality improvement (IFAQ). The dataset covers healthcare facilities nationwide.HAS makes available the results of the Quality and Safety of Care Indicators (IQSS). These indicators developed and validated with healthcare professionals, patients and users, allow comparison between institutions. They are used as tools to improve the quality of care and patient safety in healthcare facilities. In addition, they are disseminated to the general public and some are included in quality financing schemes such as the financial incentive for quality improvement (IFAQ).
