Government Statistics (GST) is an official time series dataset published by the European Central Bank as part of its Data Portal, covering government finance and related economic indicators. It is distributed as the GST dataflow via the SDMX 2.1 REST API, with a single endpoint supporting multiple formats: SDMX-ML (XML), CSV (using the csvdata format parameter), and JSON (using the jsondata parameter). Users can retrieve specific series through key paths and refine results with startPeriod, endPeriod, or lastNObservations filters.
