WFD Overall Lake Water Risk Score (2008)
This dataset provides the overall risk status assigned to lake waterbodies in Ireland as of 2008. The risk score was produced as part of the Article 5 characterisation and risk assessment report conducted under the Water Framework Directive, covering all waterbodies in the country. It identifies lakes considered at risk of failing to meet the environmental objectives set out by the Directive.
