WFD Overall Transitional Water Risk Score (2008)
This dataset presents the overall risk status results for transitional waterbodies in Ireland, assessed in 2008. The risk status was determined as part of the Article 5 characterisation and risk assessment report, which was carried out on all waterbodies under the Water Framework Directive. It identifies waterbodies at risk of failing to meet the Directive's environmental objectives, based on pressures and impacts affecting water quality and ecological status.
