Water temperature monitoring stations
This dataset provides the locations of monitoring stations in the water temperature network operated by the Hydrology Department of the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). It covers all existing stations in the network, which is limited to watercourses across Switzerland. The dataset supports geospatial identification of monitoring points used to track water temperature conditions in Swiss rivers and streams, and is published as part of Switzerland's national environmental data offering by the Swiss Confederation.The data set represents the locations of the stations in the water temperature monitoring network of the Hydrology Department of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN).
