WFS Official Property Register Information System MV (WFS_MV_ALKIS_SimpleFeature)
This service exposes spatial data from the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS) for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It documents all land plots and buildings within the cadastral register, providing details on location, use, size, and essential topographic characteristics. The dataset also includes information on hereditary and beneficial land rights, as well as soil estimation results for agricultural parcels. Ownership information itself is not included in this service, distinguishing it from full cadastral ownership records. It is provided as a Web Feature Service (WFS), enabling programmatic access to geospatial property data for mapping, planning, and land administration purposes.The spatial data of the Property Register are kept in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). All land plots and buildings (living facilities) are documented in the real estate register for the territory of the country. Proof of the properties includes their location, use, size and essential topographical characteristics. It also contains information on owners, hereditary and beneficial owners, as well as for agricultural land, the results of the soil estimation. Ownership information is not available in this service.
