This Web Feature Service provides download access to a simplified version of ALKIS (Official Real Estate Cadastre Information System), Germany's electronic property register, for the state of Saxony-Anhalt. It is published by the Landesamt für Vermessung und Geoinformation Sachsen-Anhalt (State Agency for Surveying and Geoinformation). The service returns spatial objects limited to essential attributes according to a simplified data exchange scheme, covering land parcels, buildings, actual land use, administrative units, and cadastral districts. It is intended for simple GIS clients without complex processing functions, with data referenced at a scale of 1:1000, allowing targeted retrieval of cadastral spatial data via search queries.The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). This Web Feature Service enables the targeted download of ALKIS-guided spatial objects on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service shall provide only the following spatial objects limited to the essential characteristics in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme specified in this product specification: Land parcels, buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities. Scale: 1:1000; Soil resolution: nullm; Scan resolution (DPI): zero.
