Water Monitoring Stations
This dataset lists water monitoring stations registered on the EDEN Monitoring Data System, used by Ireland's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Local Authorities. Each station is assigned a unique code via the Feature Coding Tool (FCT), covering river, lake, transitional, coastal, or groundwater monitoring points across the country. The dataset provides a national reference for identifying and locating water quality monitoring infrastructure, supporting consistent tracking of stations used in environmental monitoring programmes.
