This dataset provides digitized mapping of the underground passages of Geneva's former fortifications, dating from the 16th to 18th centuries. The digitization draws on original construction plans, historical surveys from the 18th to 20th centuries, field surveys carried out in the 1970s by the cantonal geology service, and hypothetical reconstructions by historians including Louis Blondel. It is published by the Geneva territorial information system (Système d'information du territoire genevois) and covers the canton of Geneva.
