This dataset provides the current cadastral parcels for the canton of Geneva, Switzerland, as maintained under the official land survey (mensuration officielle). Each parcel corresponds to a real estate unit as defined by Article 943 paragraph 1 of the Swiss Civil Code, and its registration and description in the land register are based on the official survey, notably the land register plan referenced in Article 950 paragraph 1.
