Number of administrative cases
This dataset reports the number of administrative cases received and adjudicated by Latvia's District Administrative Court and Regional Administrative Court. For the period 2016-2020, figures are broken down by case category and by court. From 2021 onward, more detailed records are available, including the date a case was received, the date of the hearing, the case outcome, the presiding judge, the court involved, and the defendant authority. The data cover national-level judicial activity in the administrative court system and allow tracking of caseloads, processing patterns, and outcomes over time within Latvia's administrative justice sector.Data on the number of administrative cases received and adjudicated in the District Administrative Court and the Regional Administrative Court. Data for the period 2016-2020 are available by category of case and court. From 2021, data are available on the date of receipt of the case, the date of the hearing, the outcome of the case, the judge, the court and the defendant authority. .
