This API provides access to reports of malfunctions and issues identified on public space by residents, collected through the PICTAVIE service run by Grand Poitiers since 2004. Reports can originally be submitted via a toll-free phone number or email, and the underlying records, covering incidents logged since 2014, are made available as open data.
