European Central Bank — Losses due to fraud by liability bearer (PLB)
Time series dataset from the European Central Bank Data Portal covering losses due to payment fraud, broken down by which party bears the liability (the PLB dataflow). Data is published via SDMX 2.1 REST, with a single endpoint serving XML (SDMX-ML), CSV, and JSON formats. Specific series can be extracted using a key path together with startPeriod, endPeriod, or lastNObservations filters. The same series can also be browsed and charted interactively on the ECB Data Portal website, covering the euro area / EU scope maintained by the ECB.Losses due to fraud by liability bearer (PLB) — official time series from the European Central Bank Data Portal, published as the PLB dataflow over SDMX 2.1 REST.
