European Central Bank — Payments and Settlement Systems Statistics (PSS)
Payments and Settlement Systems Statistics (PSS) is an official time-series dataset published by the European Central Bank on its Data Portal, covering payment and settlement system indicators across the euro area and EU member states. The data is released as the PSS dataflow via the SDMX 2.1 REST API, with a single endpoint serving XML (SDMX-ML), CSV, and JSON formats. Users can extract specific series using key paths combined with startPeriod, endPeriod, and lastNObservations filters. The same series can also be browsed and charted interactively on the ECB Data Portal website, supporting analysis of payment infrastructure and settlement activity.Payments and Settlement Systems Statistics (PSS) — official time series from the European Central Bank Data Portal, published as the PSS dataflow over SDMX 2.1 REST.
