Official time series dataset from the European Central Bank Data Portal providing geographical breakdowns of euro area balance of payments and international investment position statistics, published under the ST3 dataflow via SDMX 2.1 REST. A single endpoint serves data in SDMX-ML (XML), CSV and JSON formats, allowing users to extract specific series using key paths and startPeriod/endPeriod or lastNObservations filters.
