This dataset describes land use and land cover across the whole of Finland in the year 2000. It is produced by the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE) as part of the pan-European CORINE Land Cover programme. The data is available both as a raster geospatial database with 25 by 25 metre resolution and as a vector geospatial database, in which the smallest mapped area is at least 25 hectares and the narrowest feature is 100 metres wide.
