BORIS Hessen
BORIS Hessen provides official standard land values (Bodenrichtwerte) for the German federal state of Hesse, expressed as average location values in euros per square metre of land area. Each value applies to a defined zone containing multiple parcels with essentially uniform use and value characteristics. The values are determined and published every two years by the relevant surveying and valuation authorities of Land Hessen.
