This dataset contains approved, legally binding and proposed local detailed plans (asemakaava) in the Helsinki region for the years 2012-2015, in geospatial format, with a focus on residential floor area. It was compiled by Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority (HSY) from data gathered across 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region, including Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Kirkkonummi and Mäntsälä.
