Dataset displaying shipwrecks recorded in the Wreck Inventory of Ireland Database (WIID), maintained by Ireland's National Monuments Service, for which a location has been recorded. The WIID holds information on a much larger number of wrecks nationally, but many lack a precise recorded location, coordinates, or known extent, so only the subset with mapped positions is included here.
