This dataset provides point locations of licensed and licensable Section 4 discharges to water in Ireland. The data was compiled by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in conjunction with Local Authorities in early 2024 to support the characterisation of waterbodies for the 3rd Cycle of River Basin Management Planning and subsequent cycles.
