Photovoltaic panels installed in the domestic sector per 1000 residents
A WFS API providing the total number of photovoltaic panels installed in the domestic sector per 1,000 residents, broken down by locality in Malta, with data collected up to 2014. The dataset was compiled from records held by the Malta Resources Authority (MRA) and is published by the Planning Authority Malta. Photovoltaic systems convert solar radiation into electricity through the photovoltaic process, and this indicator allows comparison of residential solar panel uptake across different localities relative to population size.
