This API provides a public dataset from Bordeaux Métropole covering the sectorisation of rental permits (permis de louer), division permits (permis de diviser), and rental declarations (déclarations de location) — regulatory instruments used by French municipalities to control the condition and subdivision of rental housing. The dataset defines the geographic zones within Bordeaux Métropole where these permits or declarations are required before a property can be rented out.
