OpenFisca
OpenFisca is a free, open-source rules-as-code engine for modelling France's tax and benefit system in a collaborative and transparent way. It allows users to compute a wide range of social contributions, social benefits, and taxes based on legislative rules encoded in the platform, and to simulate the impact of reforms on households or the population.
