This dataset provides land cover data for Natural Areas of Ecological Interest (Milieux Naturels d'Intérêt Ecologique, MNIE) across the Pays de Rennes area, as recorded in 2016. It stems from an inventory launched in the 1990s at the initiative of elected officials of the former District de Rennes, aimed at improving the consideration of biodiversity at the territorial level.
