MRN - Wetland indicator vascular plants (Modern period - Number of species per mesh 1 km ²)
This API provides the number of vascular plant species (ferns and seed plants) indicative of wetlands, per 1 km² grid cell, for the Métropole Rouen Normandie (MRN) territory, based on observations recorded since 2000. Wetland indicator species are defined according to Annex 2.1 of the French Order of 24 June 2008, which sets criteria for identifying and delimiting wetlands under the Environmental Code. The species list is maintained in the DIGITALE taxonomic reference database of the Conservatoire botanique national de Bailleul (CBNHDF). Each record includes the 1 km² mesh identifier and the species count observed within it.Number per mesh 1 km ² of wetland indicator vascular plants for Métropole Rouen Normandie (MRN), observed since 2000. Description of content This layer specifies, by 1 km ² mesh and for Métropole Rouen Normandie, the number of species of vascular plants (Fougères and Seed Plants) indicative of wetlands and observed after 31/12/1999. "Wetland indicator planes" means the species listed in Annex 2.1 to the Order of 24 June 2008 specifying the criteria for defining and delimiting wetlands pursuant to Articles L. 214-7-1 and R. 211-108 of the Environmental Code.
