MINES - Zones of Subsidence
This national dataset for Ireland comprises ten polygon features delineating zones of mine subsidence, defined as lateral or vertical ground movement resulting from a failure initiated at the level of man-made underground mines. It is published by the Environmental Protection Agency and forms part of Ireland's mapped mining and geohazard information, identifying areas where past underground mining activity may cause ground instability.This dataset contains 10 polygon features.
