Noise Round 2 Airport (Day)
This dataset contains polygon data from strategic noise mapping of airports in Ireland, presenting noise contours for the Lden (day) period around Dublin and Cork airport agglomerations. Each polygon carries a decibel (Db) value representing the average daytime noise level within that contour band. The data forms part of round 2 of Ireland's statutory noise mapping exercise, published via data.gov.ie, and can be used to assess airport-related environmental noise exposure across the affected areas.This is a polygon dataset of the strategic noise mapping of airports, in the form of noise contours for the Lden (day) and Lnight (night) periods for Dublin and Cork agglomerations airports.
