This dataset, published by the Geneva territorial information system (Système d'information du territoire genevois), describes a protected zone in the canton of Geneva comprising three areas: the left and right shores of Lake Geneva and the full course of the Rhône from the Geneva harbor to the French border at Chancy. The zone is part of the federal inventory of reserves of international and national importance for waterbirds and migratory birds.
