This API provides figures on the number of doctors practicing in the Île-de-France region, broken down by medical specialty and mode of practice, as of 1 January 2014. The underlying data, also published on the DREES website (data.drees.sante.gouv.fr), come from the statistical exploitation of the Répertoire Partagé des Professionnels de Santé (RPPS), the shared directory of health professionals maintained by French health authorities.
