This dataset provides the number of doctors practicing in the Île-de-France region, broken down by medical specialty and mode of practice, as of 2013. The figures, recorded as of January 1st, are derived from statistical analysis of the Répertoire partagé des Professionnels de Santé (Shared Register of Health Professionals, RPPS), and are also published on the DREES health statistics website. The dataset is useful for studying the geographic and specialty distribution of medical professionals across the Île-de-France region.Effectifs des médecins exerçant en Région Île-de-France par spécialité et mode d'exercice (2013).
