Disability beneficiaries/benefits
This dataset provides statistics on disability-related social protection benefits in Malta, compiled according to the ESSPROS (European System of integrated Social Protection Statistics) methodology issued by Eurostat. ESSPROS aims to provide a comprehensive, realistic and coherent description of social protection expenditure across schemes, covering benefits, funding and beneficiaries. The data allow comparison of disability benefit expenditure with other social protection categories at national level, following a harmonised European statistical framework.
