This dataset compiles asset registers from Scottish local authorities into a single national resource. It draws partly on Community Asset Transfer Registers maintained by local authorities and on earlier ePIMS (electronic Property Information Mapping Service) submissions. It is published by the Scottish Government via SpatialData.gov.scot and provides a consolidated view of publicly owned land and property assets across Scottish councils, useful for identifying and comparing council-held assets at a national level rather than authority by authority.This dataset is an amalgamation of all Scottish Council Asset Registers based (partly) on LAs Community Asset Transfer Registers and previous ePIMS submissions.
