This dataset provides notices published in BOAMP, the French official bulletin of public procurement announcements, maintained by DILA. It covers calls for tender, low-value adapted-procedure contracts (MAPA) under €90,000, contract award results, public-private partnerships, public service delegations, and defence or security contracts from the State, local authorities and public institutions. Since January 2024, notices follow the European eForms standard, with XSD schemas and XML examples provided. Data is published twice daily, seven days a week, as XML metadata files with accompanying HTML notices, and is also accessible through the BOAMP API or via FTPS by request to DILA's data administration department.### Announcements published in BOAMP (Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Announcements) BOAMP publishes notices of public invitations to tender as well as contracts with an adapted procedure (MAPA) of less than €90 000 excluding tax and notices of the results of contracts awarded by the State, local authorities and their public institutions. It also publishes public-private partnership contracts, public service delegations and defence or security contracts. Since 31 January 2024, European public procurement rules have required the use of European forms known as eForms. The information flow consists of: * an xml file for metadata relating to published notices; * each ad in HTML format. 4 versions of the data schema xsd exist: * V240 for announcements from January 2022; * V230 for announcements from 1 March 2015 to the end of December 2021; * V110 for announcements outside MAPA 2006 and 2007 and for all announcements from 2008 to the end of February 2015; * V010 for MAPA 2006 and 2007 announcements.
