BAN PLUS
A database that makes it possible to link the National Address Base to its geographical environment (track, built, plot, …). The Base National Address (BAN) is the address repository of the public service of the data. Its constitution is co-led by the ANCT, DINUM and IGN. The data can be downloaded from the national portal: https://address.data.gouv.fr/dones-nationales. It is a product with 5 components: 4 components of ‘links’ and BAN data: - The Address-Building link makes it possible to link an address to a building (or several) and integrates the main attributes of buildings (surface, height, nature …). This link is not calculated for municipalities not covered by PCI vector. - The Address-Plot link makes it possible to link an address to a cadastral parcel. - The Bâti-Parcelle link makes it possible to link one or more buildings to a plot (for municipalities covered by PCI vector). - The Address-Support link makes it possible to attach an address to its BDTOPO® ‘support’ (road section, area of activity or interest, residential area, uninhabited place, network point, transport equipment, etc. …). An address can have several "supports". - The BAN addresses - the punctual addresses from the BAN (full extraction at the date of calculation of the 4 links). BAN PLUS is a set of tables of "links", it is certainly usable "alone" but it takes its meaning in addition to the BD TOPO®, BAN or PARCELLAIRE EXPRESS (PCI) referentials. BAN PLUS is calculated quarterly at the same time as the TOPO® comic, and is released shortly after each BDTOPO® edition. BAN PLUS is distributed under an open license (LO). BAN PLUS replaces the offer Address PREMIUM.
