This dataset defines cycle lanes, described as the longitudinal portion of a road specifically delimited and reserved for bicycle traffic. It distinguishes the ways a cycle lane can be constructed, such as on its own dedicated roadway with one-way or two-way travel, physically separated from motor vehicle and pedestrian areas, or through other configurations set out in road traffic regulations.
