This dataset provides a map of all public paved roads and surfaces within the municipality of Arnhem, Netherlands. Road management has traditionally been a government responsibility. Since the 'Wet herverdeling wegbeheer' (Road Management Redistribution Act), the number of road management authorities has been limited: the municipality manages all roads not maintained by the national government (Rijkswaterstaat) or the province.
