Web map service for bee nectar plant diversity of Great Britain
This web map service depicts bee nectar plant richness across Great Britain, published by the Environmental Information Data Centre. The underlying data derive from counts of bee nectar plants recorded in Countryside Survey vegetation plots in 2007, extrapolated to 1km grid squares across Great Britain using a generalised additive mixed model. Co-variables incorporated into the model include environmental and land-use factors.
