This API provides access to subject P1600 of Poland's Local Data Bank (Bank Danych Lokalnych, BDL), covering water supply systems under the housing economy and municipal infrastructure category, specifically network devices. It offers yearly territorial time series data spanning administrative levels from voivodship down to gmina, with units identified by TERYT territorial identifiers.
