Wärmeleitfähigkeit bis 100 mThermal Conductivity down to 100 m
This WFS service, published by Hamburg's Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung (LGV), provides a map of average thermal conductivity (in W/mK) down to a depth of 100 metres. It is based on all boreholes recorded in the Geological State Office with a depth of at least 40 metres (as of January 2019), evaluated using specific thermal conductivity values measured in Hamburg. From these point measurements, areal estimates of subsurface thermal conductivity are derived, supporting planning of geothermal installations and shallow geothermal energy use across Hamburg.
