This dataset provides monthly figures on the number of unemployed persons at the district (Stadtteil) level within the city of Gelsenkirchen, Germany. It draws on statistics from the Federal Employment Agency, supplemented by the publisher's own calculations. Data can be broken down by age group, gender, nationality, legal framework (SGB II and SGB III), and level of education. Case numbers below ten are masked with an asterisk to protect confidentiality.
