This dataset delineates the processing sectors used by the Land-Use Rights Department (Service Droit des Sols, SDS) of Rennes Métropole to handle urban planning permit applications. The smallest management scale used is the ZAC (joint development zone) and neighborhood level, but only within the city of Rennes itself; elsewhere the sectors are defined at the municipality level.
