This dataset, published by Rennes Métropole, identifies sectors considered favorable for age-friendly housing development across the metropolitan area. It supports the 2023-2028 Local Housing Programme (PLH) and the intercommunal urban plan (PLUi), in line with the Age-Friendly Metropolis initiative, which aims to address population ageing by increasing the supply of adapted housing, mainly two- and three-room units. These sectors are prioritised for such housing development.
