This dataset, published by the Finnish Meteorological Institute, provides climatological reference (normal) values calculated from weather observation stations over three 30-year periods: 1971-2000, 1981-2010 and 1991-2020. It includes statistical figures for air pressure, air temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, snow depth, wind, sunshine duration and total cloudiness, derived from the institute's national network of weather stations in Finland.
