Part of Poland's Local Data Bank (Bank Danych Lokalnych, BDL), maintained by the national statistical office GUS. This API provides access to subject P1920, covering revenue of powiat (county-level) budgets sourced from European Union funds, as archival territorial time series. Data are structured by administrative unit using TERYT identifiers, spanning levels from voivodship down to gmina, enabling analysis of EU-funded revenue flows into local public finance across Poland over multiple years. variable_idVariable id	string	GUS variable code identifying the measured series (e.g. total or investment revenue, PLN).GUS variable id selecting the measured series of subject P1920 (the n1/n2 dimension combination): 101145=total [PLN]; 101146=investment [PLN].
unit_levelUnit level	integer	Territorial aggregation level, from country (0) down to gmina (6).Territorial aggregation level: 0=Poland, 1=macroregion, 2=voivodship (województwo), 3=region, 4=subregion, 5=powiat, 6=gmina.
year	integer	Reference year of the yearly data value.Reference year of the value (yearly series, back to 1995 for the oldest subjects). Filters server-side via the API's year parameter.
unit_idUnit id	string	12-digit BDL territorial unit identifier.12-digit BDL territorial-unit id (macroregion+voivodship+region+subregion+powiat+gmina+type digits). An equality filter pins the unit server-side (unit-parent-id).
